What We Offer

We provide ongoing accounting and tax support, while also offering a one-off management structure review for companies that are not yet ready for a retainer engagement.

We first agree the transactions, periods and questions to review. Proposed deliverables can include an issue list, requests for further evidence, an initial findings memo and prioritized next steps. Scope, timing and fees are agreed before work begins. Urgent availability is assessed after reviewing the outline and available documents.

Yes. A review can complement your existing provider. We agree responsibilities and the scope of information to be reviewed.

Can you provide an urgent initial view?

Please tell us the deadline, outstanding issue and documents available. We confirm availability and a realistic timetable before accepting the engagement.

How are fees determined?

We agree the period, transaction volume, deliverables and exclusions in the quotation. Fixed fees or a fee cap can be discussed for a defined scope.

What should I send initially?

Send a brief outline and your preferred deadline. Detailed financial records and personal information can be shared through a method agreed after the initial discussion.
